Swim Lesson at pier in morning with client - Laura did a fabulous job and is ready to get ugly and kick some ass in the swim! Saw LOTS of people I know, then NZ Team morning tea with Pam and Bill.

Home to rest for avo, then back into town, beer with Heaher and Annette (Annette's 50th Birthday - YIPPEEE), and watched the kids splash and dash - what an awesome race - amazing. So cute! heather and I were beside ourselves, it just all too cool. Those kids were very, very serious. None of this "just for participation" in Kona, I tell ya!
Parade of nations - Pam had a blast and we were very proud to watch her and fellow kiwis march with flag etc. NZ looked the best in our black uniforms - NICE! Then dinner at a local Mexican, plying ourselves with Maitais in honour of Annettes birthday - was a great night. happy birthday Annette!
